Everything was really nice and well set up—from the entrance gate all the way to the room. Everything is kid-friendly. Our daughter loved the lion-shaped room key card! They even provide bathrobes for the little ones. In the restaurant area, there’s also a special section just for kids. The water park and play area were super fun, even for adults. We visited in April, so the warm pool water was a big plus. The spa for adults was great too.

The Houses of History is located on the shore of Belső-tó in Tihany, on a half hectare area, a 5-minutes walking distance from the city centre. The 200-years-old historic listed building gives the ambience of the 19th century. Some of the rooms have views of the Belső-tó. Very atmospheric and charming place to stay. The breakfast was amazing, the room was big enough for us with very comfy beds. On the rainy days we could play table tennis, darts etc. The garden and the pool area was so beautiful and the bonus is Toki, the cat, we adored him. This 3 star place has it all
