When I saw that some customers gave a very bad notation to this hotel, honestly I was really afraid to book a night there ! But finally I tried my chance and I didn't regret it ! They are top on each topics : cleanliness, helpfulness, good and various breakfast, high level of services, the good price and so on … Thanks to all the staff, it is a big part of the strength of this hotel.They are all so exceptional. So I recommend highly this hotel and for sure I will return there if I come back to Jakarta.

The Botanica Sanctuary is a peaceful haven that combines beauty, relaxation and discovery. Comprised of 166 luminous rooms – including 38 Suites, two restaurants and a rooftop infinity pool. Room provided as per request, next to each other and wish for my son birthday. The room clean, a bit small but still nice.

This is a beautiful old world hotel, with fantastic vintage furniture in beautiful and huge rooms with lovely decor and with all mod cons, and is situated bang in the middle of Surabaya. Checkin is swift and easy, and the staff are well trained and courteous. This is by no means the cheapest high end place in Surabaya but, without a doubt, it is the best value for what you get. And it is the most historical, interesting and the best located hotel. Surabaya doesn't really have more than a weekend's worth of attractions, but this hotel is a major attraction itself, and is a short walk to all the other attractions that Surabaya has to offer. Not only that, it is strategically located near a large Mall, with great shopping, ATMs, and food options. The hotel also has a great bar for socialising.

Paddyview is sooo good!!! realllly clean bathrooms, and the kitchen has everything you need. We joined the shuttle to Bali after the stay — super smooth. Staff were sweet and even helped us grab snacks before leaving :)

This hostel is soooo good!!! The atmosphere is super chill, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I had a great time hanging out with other backpackers and even joined a group going to Tumpak Sewu Waterfall. The dorm is spacious, with good ventilation and plenty of outlets. Also, they have a super cute cat in the hostel... 😍 Definitely recommended!!!
