Everything was perfect! The staff was super friendly, the food and the included breakfast were great, and we enjoyed the small gym. The rooms were lovely, and especially the bathroom with the koi fish that you could feed. We also appreciated the hotel's secluded location and the free bikes provided that allowed us to explore the island. There’s also an outdoor cinema next door with screenings at 7 and 9 pm, which we really enjoyed!

The staff exceeded our expectations even surprising my boyfriend with a birthday decoration in the room, the birthday cake and all the Bale Sampan team chanting Happy Birthday to him. Bedroom was super clean, comfortable, and smells really good even in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and they served it to my room every morning. The staff was super nice, always asked if I need anything and they always willing to help. Looking forward to stay here again next time I’ll visit Gili T.

Upon arrival, we got a cold drink and towel and we were even offered an upgrade as one of the other rooms was available. The hotel organised a taxi for us from bangsal port to the hotel (2 hour drive) which was super helpful! The daily breakfast was my favourite part, you get a main, tea or coffee, fresh juice and a fruit platter and it was all sooo yummy. The staff were so lovely as well and everything felt very clean, including the pool.
