After a long day exploring, coming back to such cozy, well-kept rooms was pure bliss. Not to mention a spic span cleaning of the Housekeeping staff every time we leave it untidy, they turn it around and makes us smile, wow !! But what really made the experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was polite, warm, and genuinely happy to help. Their constant smiles and attention to detail created such a welcoming environment that made us feel right at home. Special mention of Miss Dewi Yulfa, Miss Castelo, Miss Rias, Miss Priti and Miss Yuna. This resort offers not just a place to stay, but an experience to remember — charming, peaceful, and full of heart. One thing I really appreciated was that the power outlets were universal — you could plug in your phone or other devices without needing an adapter, which was super convenient. There was also a hairdryer available, which was a nice bonus. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
