The room was amazing, food was very delicious, they prepared for me tempe and tofu everydsy because I am vegetarian. 4 bathrooms -super clean. The staff was amazing especially the manager who had very good english and was communicating with us all the time. The snirkelling trips were the best we had in Raja Ampat!!

The owner, Mario, was very responsive and helpful. The rooms and common areas were clean and tidy, reflecting the homestay's commitment to providing a comfortable environment for guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Raja Ampat with top-notch hospitality! We are coming back for sure.

At the resort, each room is fitted with a desk. Featuring a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, rooms at Wai Resort - Raja Ampat also offer a sea view. Guest rooms include a safety deposit box. This resort is exceptional. Of course it’s more money than the usual homestay however, the value is there. The entire resort is extremely well managed, maintained and is staffed with very professional employees. The beach hut is spacious, well laid out and steps away from the Wai reef. My son and I swam with turtles, stingrays, cuttlefish and thousands of other fish! We enjoyed getting to know Siti and Hana. They served our delicious meals everyday. They are friendly and cheerful, will know your name from the start. When I booked this resort, the owner/manager was responsive right away and throughout. The resident manager Restu is excellent also. I have food allergies and they accommodated me without issues. Restu coordinated our pick up from a different homestay an hour away and our drop off back to Sorong after our stay. The transportation was punctual and professional. If you love sunsets, sunrises and the night sky - you will get your fill here. They are seen very well from the main dock.

The bedroom was very spacious and clean, built with high-quality, sturdy materials. The decor was beautiful, and the view was amazing. There was a USB charger in the bedroom which was convenient for charge your mobile and camera. Electricity was available 24/7, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong in every room and throughout the resort. The private bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was very strong. The housel reef was stunning—you could spend an entire week exploring it. Highly recommended!!

Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Beautiful secluded location at the entrance to Gam Bay. The food was great, host was very friendly providing excellent service, and my room was clean. There are many opportunities for daily adventures or simply relax at the home stay and enjoy the beautiful scenery, occasionally spotting a sea turtle, or black tip reef shark swimming by. Each night came with a beautiful sunset and the sound of birds roosting in the forest. If you want to spend some quality time away from busier home stays in the pristine nature of Raja Ampat this is a great choice!

Breakfast is available, and includes American, Asian and vegan options. The owner is a wonderful man who always helps out wherever he can. We had some amazing game nights and day trip adventures with him. The location is perfect and we loved that there are only 2 bungalows so it's really private and quiet. The bungalow itself is simple but has all you need, same with the shared bathrooms. Also the food is amazing! All in all we had a wonderful time and would have loved to stay longer.

Boasting accommodation with a balcony, Batanta Panorama Guest' Hause is located in Pulau Batanta. Situated on the beachfront, this property features a private beach area and a terrace. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. We stayed at Panorama guesthouse for a week during low season and it has been amazing. James and his family always went an extra mile to make us feel at home and to help us with moving around Batanta and organising our trip in a fast and reliable way(including picking us up from Waisai and taking us to Sorong). We felt welcomed and taken care of.  The house is basic, but fully new and spacious, they cleaned it every three days, they changed bed sheets, mosquito net is new, comfortable bed, there is everything you need.  The food was always freshly cooked, tasty and abundant. We always had veggies raw and cooked, rice, noodles, fresh fish/tempeh and tofu and fruit. They gave us fruit and little cakes as snacks, coffee and tea are always available. Breakfast was also good and satisfying.  The private beach is just heaven, quiet and relaxing. There is a great coral reef right in front of the house, we saw many fishes and a baby shark. You can see sunset and sunrise directly from the house.  You can visit the small village next to the house, 5 mins by walk. There is a diving center (gears top notch) 20 mins far by boat where we had a great night dive.  We would definitely recommend this place to everyone that wants to live a local experience in a edenic place very off the beaten track.  It's a place and a holiday we'll never forget.  Thank you James and family for the lovely stay!

Towels and bed linen are available in the guest house. The property offers sea views. Words can't describe how amazing the experience was. Paparisa is a brand new, small, private and secluded homestay with the nicest houses in Kri Island by far (compared to all the other homestays). The place has five "resort level" cosy houses with ensuite semi-open air bathroom (rare in Raja Ampat), big nice comfortable beds with mosquito net, a small private terrace in each house to relax or to watch the sunset and a small restaurant to enjoy your meals (they are building a nice sunset view big restaurant which they said will be ready by September 2025). They provide towels, toilet paper and linen so no need to bring yours. They have some toiletries but better bring some extra shampoo and shower gel for your convenience. Electricity is available almost half of the day and it is more than enough to charge anything in your room! The sea is just three meters from your door so you can easily swim whenever you want. This is also very convenient for diving or excursion's pickups as the boats pick you up straight from your door to go for diving or for a trip! Also, in walking distance you can snorkel in very amazing home reefs on your own. Paparisa rents for a small amount of money snorkeling equipment and these guys can also arrange several snorkeling trips to anywhere in the area. They also have contacts around so don't hesitate to ask them for anything you need! The communication before arrival through WhatsApp was exceptional and they have helped us a lot with our planning (the boat from Waisai to Kri arranged by them and a lot more). The food in the place is very tasty and feels like home and they are willing to cater any special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan etc).

Mares Homestay-Raja Ampat is set in Fam. Located on the beachfront, this property features a private beach area. The accommodation provides full-day security, room service and organising tours for guests. We had an unforgettable stay at this homestay! Luky, our host, was absolutely wonderful, he took us on so many activities and was an excellent guide, always making sure we had the best experience. His whole family was incredibly kind and welcoming. The homestay itself was beautifully decorated with care, and they even prepared a mattress on the balcony so we could relax facing the stunning view. We were warmly welcomed with fresh coconuts upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. The meals were varied and absolutely delicious every day, and everything was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. We truly had a magical time and felt at home. I can’t recommend their kindness, hospitality, and the comfort of this homestay enough!
