He reached out days before we arrived with necessary check in details. He personally greeted us on arrival and on departure. His service was excellent. There is such a difference in a property that is managed by owners as you get that personal experience. There was also a personal greeting for us in the apartment. The apartment was spacious with all amenities. The bed, pillow and towels were all of excellent quality. The location was close to several restaurants that could be walked to. On our three trip through Italy this was the best place we have stayed! If I could rate higher than 10/10 I would.

Always attentive and eager to care for their guests. The room and the B&B in general were always clean and well suited. Beautiful view to wake up to and enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun set over the lake. Daughter loved the layout with bedroom in the loft area
