Even our dog received presents! We were really surprised by that!

But, the best thing was the owner, Giovanna and her daughter Valentina - what lovely people they were! We must also mention Mollie, the dog - a big softy ❤️. We had a specific reason for visiting Reggio Emilia - our father was born here and we were returning to scatter his ashes in his beloved homeland. However, we both agreed we would probably return to spend more time touring the area and would definitely stay at the Villa Soforo again.
