It’s a very traditional Japanese style, startup at 1899 which has over 125 years history. The interior was revamped, we enjoy the peaceful and friendly service from the staffs. Hotel’s location is excellent, next to the entrance of the Nara Park. They also offer a traditional Japanese Mocha Tea, in a tea room as a welcome drink, we love it very much. You can request in room massage service, there are 40mins / 60mins two options. The price is reasonable.

Tout était super. Les hôtes ne parlent pas anglais mais avec 2-3 mots de japonais nous avons pu communiquer un peu et rigoler ensemble. Petit plus pour la vue et les salles de bain qui sont incroyables. La localisation est exceptionnelle et le petit déjeuner est top.

L’établissement 奈良旅館別館 Sweet 螢 源 se trouve à Nara, à 800 mètres de ce lieu d’intérêt : Gare de Nara. Everything was amazing. The staff were friendly and the room was huge. The food was delicious and a lot of new things were tried. Multiple courses in supper, though couldnt upload all the photos. The outdoor shower and bath were a great new experience as well.

We spent 15 days in Japan and this hotel was without a doubt our best stay of all!!! The hotel is absolutely immaculate — super clean, modern, with a huge and very comfortable room! An incredible view!! Pure luxury! Fantastic bathroom products, a very large bathroom with the toilet and shower separated — truly a dream room! The staff were all amazing, super friendly, and there was free parking right in front of the hotel! Breakfast itself was a whole experience!! Delicious bread and croissants, a Japanese set with fantastic food, great coffee, fresh juices, and local teas! I could go on all day praising this hotel — it was truly incredible, and definitely one I’d love to repeat someday.
