The room is a bit tight but nothing to complain about. Lovely view from our room. Bed was very comfortable and had a great sleep. Would stay here again for sure.

The hotel is very new and the room was clean and had very comfortable beds. The large window in the room have an amazing view of Shinjuku. The hotel is located only 5 minutes walk to the Shinjuku station. Right in the middle of the lively center of Shinjuku with shops, movies and restaurants just outside the hotel. I would love to stay there again.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel had a welcoming feeling. We could leave our bags in the room before check in . Staff were friendly and helpful, messaging to say we could check in early. Close to subway, family mart and coffee shop. Plenty of choice for eateries, and an easy walk to Shinjuku shopping and entertainment. The room was a great size for 3 grown ups and had everything at hand. And it was quiet. I will stay here again if ever in Tokyo.

It is located on the top floors of Muji flagship store in Ginza. There is a bus stop of Narita Airport Bus, just around the corner, which is very convenient for arrival/departures. Rooms are on the small side, by Western standards, but standard by Japanese. A lot of wood is used in the interior design which makes it a nice place to relax in a big city full of concrete and glass. All standard amenities are provided, including Muji cosmetics for face cleaning and moisturising. Coffee machine with capsules in the room. The breakfast was quite nice. While not including lots of items there was a good quality selection of both Japanese and Western foods. The breakfast area is used as a lounge for hotel guests between 16:00 to 21:00. It is convenient after coming back from city exploration to stop there for a drink or snack.
