The room was well-designed and comfortable, and parking was convenient. They also provided a free ticket to the public onsens in town, which was a nice touch, and a light breakfast for free as well (tea/coffee/juices with small croissants and cake, which were suprisingly tasty).

The room is traditional Japanese room with futon and also air conditioner. The place has a shared bathroom and washroom. The food was very delicious. I had a very pleasant stay despite it was raining for two days straight. The lady who runs the hotel is also very helpful and kind towards a foreigner like me. Very recommended for people who would like to experience proper Japanese stays.

La chambre était vraiment très spacieuse et la vue magnifique. Il y avait aussi une sucrerie, une bouteille d'eau, un yukata et le gilet qu'on met au-dessus, et un plan très mignon de la vue depuis l'hôtel et des points d'intérêt. Le personnel était très accueillant et faisait de son mieux pour échanger en anglais si besoin. Il propose d'ailleurs de préparer le futon en l'absence de l'hôte. Le hall de l'hôtel est somptueux, avec une exposition de pièces de shogi, des statues de samouraï et un jardin magnifique. Il y a des vending machines à chaque étage. La salle de bain est spacieuse et à la japonaise (une cabine avec une baignoire et l'espace pour se doucher en dehors, avec un tabouret).

Really nice quiet hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly (Thank you again for your warm welcome). The room was big and comfy. Breakfast was tasty and the common room was lovely decorated. Close to the hotel there are a few restaurants if you want to have dinner outside.

The most amazing hosts, fabulous big breakfast and nothing is ever too much trouble - they are so kind! They picked us up from the bus stop, took us to hire our ski gear, sorted our ski passes and dropped us at the slopes and picked us up! Their hospitality is the best in Japan! The accommodation is sooo cosy and warm! The beds are really comfortable and we loved everything about our stay! You can not find better hosts! It is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again! Highly recommend staying here!

I would rate them 20 out of 10! Absolutely everything was perfect: the room facilities, the view, the beds, the thoughtful amenities. The food provided was top quality, although you cook for yourself (which was extra fun for us), the result is restaurant-quality. We are very grateful to the friendly staff, who responded to any requests, were always in touch, showed genuine concern and helped us get to the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!
