This was by far my favorite experience in Cambodia. Living with this amazing family was so exciting! Now, you can’t be expecting luxury, 5 stars etc, but when you’re ready to fully dive into a local family’s life & home, then look no further. Pov and his wife & kids are so welcoming & kind and try their best to make your stay perfect. I didn’t have time to do big jungle treks, so instead, Pov took me around the area, visiting the best spots, and let me hang out with him and his friends in the evenings! Him and his wife also made sure I wasn’t starving, and even cooked vegan meals for me. I loved my time here and would definitely come back! Maybe in the future! Choul mouy my friend!

J’ai passé trois nuits dans le petit paradis de Smey et sa famille, très gentille et toujours là pour aider et partager. Il donne des cours d’anglais gratuitement aux enfants des alentours. Sa femme fait des plats délicieux. J’ai fait le jungle trek sur deux jours avec Narin comme guide c’était magique ! Merci j’en garderai de magnifiques souvenirs et je reviendrai si j’en ai l’occasion !

Best place ever in Cambodia. The family is amazing, the kids are amazing, places around just waaaoow, waterfalls and lake, get lost around with a scooter is so nice. If you stay here, just have dinner all night with the guests and family. Best food ever in Cambodia, Nita is an amazing cooker. Take time to play with the kids, bring them to the lake or waterfall for have fun with them. I just arrived here randomly for 3-4 days, now it's more than 10 days i am here. I will come back for sure !

Everything that a solo traveller need ! The family was incredibly welcoming, The food was great and they invite you to English classes with the kids. We did a 3 days trek in the jungle (90 dollars per person / person).I can only recommend this activity, you’ll sleep in Hamac and taste the amazing jungle food prepared by the guide. For solo traveller, they put you in other groups. A true authentic experience.

He told us lots about Cambodian culture and always had a story to tell. Food was cooked by his wife and was great. The Trecking he organised was hard work and very hot but totally worth it. The two guides Sme and Kim looked after us really well. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Tout était parfait ! Petite entreprise familiale qui a pour but de s’agrandir au fur et à mesure. Le bungalow était très spacieux, très propre et la terrasse avec sunset c’est un vrai plus. Les petits plats cuisinés par les gérants sont aussi excellents, meilleur beef lok lak en 2mois de voyage (et de très loin). Ils proposent aussi de supers excursions. Bref foncez !!

C'est un super endroit pour dormir au calme. La chambre est très propre, le lit spacieux et la guesthouse bien située pour rayonner autour de Banlung. Possibilités de faire un trek dans la jungle avec Mr Happy et de passer un bon moment. Je recommande !

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, especially the fantastic restaurant food and the very comfortable, roomy accommodations. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, roomy for us and our travel gear.
