The house/rooms are very comfortable for a group of 17 people. It is exactly as displayed in the photos. The facilities are sufficient, so we rarely need assistance from the owner. Although the language barrier is a slight challenge, the owner is so helpful whenever we need support.

The hotel devices and daily necessities were well prepared and convenient to use. It's quiet and comfortable, also is close to Bucheon station and subway line 1. This accommodation is located in Goyang District, with a CU convenience store conveniently just downstairs. There aren’t many restaurants nearby at the moment, but I noticed some new shops are currently under renovation. The environment of the accommodation is excellent, and the facilities are very complete — you can cook, do laundry, dry clothes, and there’s even a dishwasher. During our stay, when we didn’t know how to use some of the appliances, we messaged the host and always received quick and helpful solutions. Since the accommodation isn’t located in the city center, it’s quiet at night, making it a peaceful and comfortable place to rest. The room itself is cozy and welcoming; we stayed for five days and slept very comfortably every night. In terms of transportation, it takes about 40 minutes by car to reach Incheon Airport, and getting to Hongdae or Myeongdong by Uber usually takes less than 10 minutes — very convenient. I would definitely choose this place again the next time I visit Korea — highly recommended!
