The staff was wounderfull, super sweet, extremely helpfull and nothing but great. The hotell only have three rooms making it possible for the staff/owners to give their clients extra attention, which they really did. Good, comfortable beds, probably the best sunset in Nosy Be, great place if you also want to stay in as it is possible to order takeaway. Loved the ambiance and suggastions that the owners Mitch and Sandra gave. Adored both Adrien and Ursula who were so attentive to our needs.

This was the perfect stay and the best hotel I’ve had in Madagascar. The location is just perfect right on the public beach, and in the town of Ambaotolaka where there’s many bars, restaurants, shops, etc. The facilities are top notch and up with western standards, and their attention to details is pristine. Then there’s the service which can take care of everything and the big breakfast. Also there’s the convenience of a diving center on site which is really professional.

The garden invites for a lovely rest, watching the sunset or directly hop into the ocean. The kitchen has everything if you want to cater for yourself, however just order the breakfast, its delicious and made with much love. The room and bathroom are nice and great maintained, good wifi on the property. Ordering dinner works well in French and was delicious. You can rent a motorbike or scooter or ask for organization of day trips like in most places.You cannot walk to many other places from there, better rent a motorbike or get a tuktuk.

They also help you with everything you need, advice on excursions, meals, transfers. Staying in one of the huts was beautiful and you get to wake up with a great view over the sea and the mangroves.

Located near Djamandjara on Nosy Be, Hotel Mahita Tsara is a 5-minute walk from the beach and set above the village of Cocotiers. It offers air conditioning and a restaurant. Very clean and well-appointed Hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and the bathroom was amazing. Customer service was impeccable from the moment we walked in. Everybody is willing to help. Kudos to the management and especially Edwina- The front desk manager and the owner. Took great care of everything. Highly recommend!
