On the morning of my birthday, as I embarked on a buggy ride to explore more of the island, our driver surprised me with a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday." It wasn't just the song itself that touched my heart; it was the thoughtfulness behind the gesture. The resort's activities were equally impressive. The pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters provided the perfect backdrop for a variety of water sports and excursions. I took advantage of activities like snorkeling with nurse sharks. Shan, our guide, made sure the experience was not only safe but also exhilarating, leaving us with memories to last a lifetime. And let's not forget about the underwater restaurant! Dining amidst the vibrant marine life was a surreal experience, made even better by the impeccable service provided by Shijona, Nisha, Mexyluz, and Pinki. Situated in Dhigurah, within 100 metres of Dhigurah North West Beach, Infinity Beach Dhigurah offers accommodation with air conditioning. Breakfast was one of the larger buffets we seen while here in the Maldives. The private beach is great with shade and a cool breeze to hang out at.

Noory, Longhi, and Shuvo made our stay unforgettable. 1. Facility - this is a very cozy and we'll furnished place, with everything you need (breakfast, fresh water every day, beach towels...) Longhi even prepared breakfast to go at 6:00 in the morning on our last day, and Shuvo took great care of our room and provided fresh water and tea everyday. 2. Location and transfer - the place is really close to the harbor, main street of the island with all the shops and restaurants. The hosts offer assistance with the transfer to and from the hotel to the speedboat. 3. Beach - the hotel is not far from the bikini beach on the island, around 15 min walk, which is a nice stroll on the seaside where you can spot baby sharks or other wildlife. 4. Communication and overall interaction - the staff is very responsive and takes into consideration your requests. I asked the hosts to help me organise a small birthday surprise for my girlfriend, and they made it unforgettable. They organized a cake, balloons, and even gave us an upgrade for free for the first days to enjoy the view of the ocean from the room. My girlfriend and I really appreciated the gesture. -Moreover, on our way back to Male on the speedboat, the sea was rough and we had to come back halfway to another island. We were really lucky that Noory was on the boat with us and he instantly started helping us on finding alternative ways to get to the airport as our flight was in the evening and we were not sure if the speedboat would make it to Male. While waiting for the other transfer speedboat, Noory was always keeping us informed about the situation and made us feel safer. Huge thanks for this 🙏🏻 5. Conclusion - if you're looking for a place to stay in Dhigurah, don't think twice. Everyone was super helpful and nice all the time. Snorkeling gear and a orientation snorkeling was included and we booked one of the many excursions they offer which was amazing too. Can absolutely recommend this place if you come to mahibadhoo.
