We really enjoyed our time at Itare Beach House. Itzel and all the staff were very friendly and made sure we had a great stay. Our room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable. We really liked having a kitchenette and cooked many meals in our room. The front desk had a hairdryer that I could use for the duration of our stay. I was very happy about that. They also have irons, microwaves, and bottled water. We checked out beach towels and an umbrella to use at the beach. The pool area is clean and relaxing, We took the elevator to the 6th floor rooftop and watched beautiful sunsets. The beach is a short easy walk away. The downtown plaza is also an easy walk, either through the streets, or down the beach.

L’établissement Casa Victoria Malecón - Adults Only bénéficie d’un emplacement stratégique dans le centre de Puerto Vallarta. We had a very comfortable stay here. Our room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed—ours happened to be a four-poster, though not every room has one. There’s a fridge, coffee-making facilities, a smart TV, efficient air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom was spotless and finished to a high standard. The property operates more like an Airbnb: there’s no permanent reception staff. Check-in is via a key lock box, cleaners come daily, to service rooms that have checked out , and any communication is handled quickly through WhatsApp. The small pool is perfect for cooling off, though not for serious swimming. The hotel is just a block from the boardwalk with its restaurants, clubs, shops, and a couple of sandy beach areas. Overall, it felt quite luxurious and I would happily stay here again.

Incredible rooftop pool and facilities. Perfect for enjoying it with friends. Food was great and the portions were decent. Loved the room!

Such a beautiful resort with things to do or places to relax. loved every minute :) 3 pools, 9 restaurants, super king beds, 24/7 room service, cafe - What is not to love, The taco bar was amazing

It was spacious and clean! We saw whales from the beautiful patio! It had an amazing restaurant next door! The staff was really great! We will be coming back with family again for sure!

Absolutely gorgeous lobby, gym, two infinity pools, and the lounge chairs were great! The room was enormous! The beds were so soft and comfortable! The staff were beyond helpful! I loved that they would text with us to make sure things were going well. Also I have to note that the staff all went above and beyond to help my friend who lost her wallet in a cab. Because of their work we were able to get it back! Quite the miracle! They were helping and checking in even after we had left the property! I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the staff! So grateful we were there when it happened!
