Located in a beautiful and quiet area. Easy to go and come back from Amsterdam with public transport, but also offers a convenient parking spot right in front of the house. We really had everything we needed for the long weekend spent in the area and would definitely choose this place again in the future.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful. The facilities are so nice. Sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. It's out of the way but close enough to very nice restaurants. Highly recommend.

We wanted to visit a farm and Tom phoned his neighbour and sorted everything he was a great host.

Everything was great! Marleen met me and gave me the keys. She was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. There were some complementary snacks: sugar-glazed almonds and two cartons with fruit juice. The apartment was large, spotlessly clean and had everything (a fully equipped kitchen, bathrobes (which were very om point, considering the fact the weather was very cold for the end of May, and it was a bit chilly in the evenings), a fridge with a freezer, a hair drier etc.) The neighbourhood is very safe (well, Urk IS a very safe city in general), there are two bakeries, a supermarket, a sweets store and a slaughter shop next door. The beach is a few minutes away by foot.
