It's a newly built villa with spacious rooms. it's perfect for anyone going in a group of 5 people. The front yard is big and the gate leads to a beautiful spot to witness the sunset along the canyons. Mr. badr was helpful in responding to our requests. Had a good stay at this property.

The host (Homeed) gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our visit. His hospitality was truly outstanding – nothing was too much to ask. The accommodation was well-equipped with thoughtful extras, such as a universal power adapter, which came in very handy. The location is great – easy to reach by car (no 4x4 needed) and only a 30-minute drive from the start of the Balcony Walk at Jebel Shams. There is a secure parking area behind a closed gate, which made us feel very safe. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dinner that was served. Highly recommended!

Apartments very clean, perfumed. Good location especially who comes to hikes. View to mountains. Host offers to order breakfast and dinner. We order dinner. It was delivered at the time as agreed. I recommend ordering. The food is home-made, individually for you. Very tasty, varied. There was a lot of food, we felt a little guilty that we couldn't eat it all. The host is very honest. Price for apartments and dinner was very affordable.

The rooms are spacious. The host is helpful and friendly. He provided us with Omani coffee. He provided us with dinner and breakfast at good and delicious prices.

Escape to SAMA Heights Resort, a haven of tranquility nestled at the foot of the majestic South Mountain Summit (W4). Excellent location close to the Balcony Walk. We particularly liked the dinner and its restaurant room, and the breakfast. Its is of course quite a ride to get there.
