Excellent host, great location in a safe neighbourhood with lots of eateries and restaurants around, also near a large 24-hour supermarket and within walking distance to El Carmen metro station. You receive excellent communication from Alan, who knows English for instructions on where to find the apartment and what to do when arriving. The host gave a full orientation of the apartment and told me all the things I could do, and was so nice to have woken up at 4am to ensure I could exit the building after checking out. great wifi in the room, also you are able to wash your clothes and dry them quickly on the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need to do your own cooking if needed, and fridge space for your food. There was no one else staying at the apartment while I was there so it felt like I had the whole place to myself.

We took the tour of the hotel - the thoughtful historical and design features included in the renovation are impressive. The breakfast (included) was excellent. We had dinner in two of the onsite restaurants and the meals were both delicious and reasonably priced. Can’t beat the location.

The bathroom was clean and a good size. Laundry machine was convenient. The dining room was perfect for eating my breakfast. Kitchen was fully equipped. The on-site staff was very helpful and friendly. The owner was very personable.
