Staff were friendly and helpful, and daily cleaning was a plus. Haka’s team were professional, responsive, and helped us plan the perfect itinerary. Our instructor Andrei was calm, intuitive, and helped me build confidence during my Advanced Open Water course. Diving was smooth, well-organized, and full of marine life. The boat crew took great care of us — even serving fresh fruit and banana bread after dives. A magical dolphin encounter was the cherry on top. We love the happy hour cocktails and drinks which is cheaper actually than the prices in the bars along Alona Beach. We love the mojito and drinking it next to the Skypool. With this excellent experience we will book with Henann Hotels next time. Will wait for Henann Palawan. Will recommend it to my family and friends.

Even the hosts themselves were quick to respond through the app. The property itself is a trike ride away from most activities in Panglao and is around 3-5 mins away from the airport. Toiletries, towels, and other essentials were provided.

And sweet and professional service as well! Thanks to the Mayana Resort!
