Jan was very accommodating with my early check in time and let me leave my bags in the living room as I waited to check in. I originally booked for 4 nights but ended up staying an extra 5. Because the Homestay can only accommodate up to 6 people the place is a lot quieter then other places in siargao. For the price you pay and what you get the value is amazing. Place is cleaned daily and shower also has hot water. A/C in the rooms is also super comfortable. If you have a wise account he can help you withdraw money without the crazy high atm fees. The Homestay is close to everything and easy to walk to scooter rentals around his neighbourhood. He can help with booking transportation to and from the airport as well if needed. Had many amazing conversations with jan during my stay and would definitely recommend booking here if you’re looking for a comfortable bed to stay in during your time in siargao.

Staffs are really accomodating and they helped us in every way possible, our vacation is super smooth because we dont need to worry about the security and the other things needed when travelling/while in vacation. I will book this again on my next visit in Siargao. if you are into beach front, then you should consider this, and you dont need to pay for 100 entrance to go to Cloud 9 bridge as you will be exiting towards the beach here. We spent 30 days in the Philippines, and this was by far our favorite place to stay. The location, the landscaping/grounds, the view, the room with all of it beautiful and unique touches were exceptional. The hosts Joseph and Elvira were amazing — super helpful with renting, scooters, tips for restaurants, arranging a masseuse to come to the property, setting up a private island hopping experience, and a surfing trip—you name it! The cold coconut water upon arrival, umbrellas, rain ponchos, flowers in the spa-like bathroom, the most luxurious bed and linens … I could go on and on. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
