Each room has a water heater in the shower so you've got all the hot water you want, or don't want. Easily adjustable. POOL: long, gorgeous, amazing & super clean. LOCATION: ideal. Close to walk to a couple great restaurants, where I ate every meal. 711 down the road & a 5 minute walk to Khlong Khong beach. Long, gorgeous, soft sand, swimmable, with lively beach bars & music all the way down. Oh & perfect sunset spot. VALUE FOR MONEY: Beyond a 10/10 Im not in great shape, nor a big walker, but you don't need to be if staying here. Its just off the main road, so it's peaceful & quiet, while still being close to everything, including a weed shop on the corner. Tuk Tuks easily available, or rent a scooter if you want. I didn't rent a scooter & felt fine getting where I needed to.

The manager/owner went out of her way to be helpful at check in as I had a very bad transportation experience from the airport which was not her responsibility at all. Breakfast was great and so were the 2 pools on the property. I liked the location - off the beaten path and quiet, but a very easy walk to the main road for meals and to the beach. I felt comfortable walking by myself in the evening.
