We liked that Residence Neffati was like a green oasis near the center of Hammamet. Also, we liked the convenience of the parking lot. The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful people. We appreciate that they made our stay comfortable. We recommend it for motorcycle drivers!

Rooms are comfortable with good amenities & great air con. We made the most of the onsite facilities - pool, jacuzzi (with lovely views over to the fort) and Hammam. Dinner at Dar Colibri was also a treat - local dishes cooked in-house while enjoying the sunset over the roof terrace. Breakfast was a fantastic spread as well. If you’re visiting the area and want a stay that makes you feel like family, this is it. Thank you again for making our stay so special!

The balcony outside was a plus and we used it to chill a bit in the mornings. Very appreciated the welcome basket with fruit and the gift at the end of our stay! The room was clean and spacious!

Amazing experience! The pictures don’t do justice. The apartment is much better than I expected. Very spacious, modern and stylish decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an Italian style coffee machine. The two bedrooms are also fully furnished with confortable beds and linen. There are two toilets and one fully equipped shower with toiletries. Air conditioning was good and across the whole apartment. The outside area is a paradise with two sunbeds, a table with chairs and a large private pool which was very clean and enjoyable. The place is very quiet and relaxing. The beach is 10 minutes walking and there are many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The owner (Chokri) was very welcoming and friendly. He accommodated some of my requests, gave me several recommendations and also insights of the Tunisian culture. I highly recommend this place!
