Found the beds nice and firm and lots of pillows. Could use another blanket in the closet, though. Lots of parking and it was free. Underground parking was included, as was breakfast. Delicious breakfast made by their chef and you can order your dish freshly made. Lovely!

I especially loved the outdoor common areas, which were beautifully set up and included a firepit that created a truly magical atmosphere for gathering with other guests. The location was also excellent, just a short drive from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, which made the whole experience even more special.

The owner Mr Rich is very friendly and helpful. Even though this is a motel, it comes with a pool (though too cold to swim), coin-operated laundry (1.50 for washing and 1.50 for drying) and a communal room with coffee/tea, hot water, microwave and ice machine. We bought some food from the groceries and made use of the facilities for dinner. There is a nearby Mainely BBQ restaurant which is highly recommended.
