I got the chance to meet Miad’s dad who drove me to and from the airpot, took me to a shopping mall and suggested a nice spot to get some food. He was the highlight of my stay, very genuine, helpful, kind and hospitable. I initially booked the place because I read from reviews that they offered to pick and drop their guests from and to the airpot, to my surprise it was for a much lower price compared to the normal standard around the area. The apartment is at the basement, close to the airpot and expected that you’d hear some planes fly through. It’s exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. I was there for a single night due to a long layover. It’s perfect for both long and short stays. It’s now my go-to place if I ever fly via JFK with a long layover. The host very communicative, he gave me instructions for everything and the check on was great. The bathroom is amazing too. My favorite part of the stay was Mia the cat that was with me all the time. I had a great time.

The beds are very comfortable and the A/C units were quiet, clean, and supplemented nicely by beautiful ceiling fans in each room. The location is amazing, located in the heart of Park Slope. We loved the local cafes and resteraunts but also loved the cost savings of shopping at the grocery store and cooking. The train is only a few blocks away and so is Starbucks. We had street parking right in front. We wished we could have stayed longer but the place was booked. Its no wonder why, its definitely a home away from home feeling. Can't wait to be back.
