We arrived very late at night and they were ok with that (most hotels are not). The room was perfectly clean, and the bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was good as well: fried eggs, two slices of bread, fresh fruit and coffee.

I am a bit confused why it does not have a five star rating on booking as this is absolutely five star standard. Awesome rooms, great heated indoor pool, very well stocked gym. Nice employees. You can feel that the teams are still settling in, not everything is 100% synced yet but they all make up for it with friendliness. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

I was using crutches at the time, and was having trouble going up the stairs, so they help my carry my things upstairs and help me get up there, then they told me to just stay at this floor and they would bring me food so I didn’t have to use the stairs an unnecessary amount of time. Absolutely amazing. Be aware of roaming, sweet and cuddly cats ;)

On s'y sent très vite bien. Il y avait de quoi nous réchauffer durant la période de janvier et le petit déjeuner était très bon. L'hôte est accueillant et souhaite garder la culture vietnamienne.
