Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food. The rooftop pool & bar was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The hotel was a quick walk to the lake & right in the heart of the old quarter. The staff could not have been more helpful & accommodating. The hot stone massage at the spa was outstanding. This hotel was recommended to us & was a wonderful positive & luxurious experience at the end of our stay in Vietnam. I would definitely recommend ClassyC Hotel.

I fell ill during my stay, and the staff was very caring and helped me to get medicine from a nearby pharmacy. Additionally, they kindly stored my luggage free of charge for two nights while I took a short trip. Their hospitality and attentiveness made my experience truly memorable. Highly recommend!
