The staff were exceptional and so so friendly, even let us come back and shower at like 6pm after trekking all day (we checked out that morning), then gave us food to take on the train that night!!

Very accommodative owner who allowed us to freshen ourselves before leaving the hotel in the evening back to Hanoi. Highly recommended.

It was a clean, comfortable room with heating, which was essential at this time of year. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived from Hanoi very early, before 4 a.m., and the place was open, so I was able to rest in the lobby before check-in. After check-out on my last day, I had a late overnight bus back to Hanoi. I spent the day in Sa Pa before departure, and before leaving, the host kindly offered me the use of a shower!
