This is a fairytale-like accommodation set in the greater area of the peaceful village of Trang An, nestled at the edge of a dirt road right beneath the region’s iconic lush rocks. It truly exceeded my expectations in terms of setting! The dreamy atmosphere was enhanced not only by the tranquility and the soothing sounds of nature but also by the sophisticated outdoor design of the entire property, which was beautifully illuminated after sunset. I simply couldn’t get enough of wandering around the ponds with their delicate water lilies, the naturally kept yet neat garden, and the lush pathways, trying to absorb as much of the beauty as possible. My waterfront wooden bungalow was postcard-perfect, offering a stunning view over the ponds and garden - straight from my bed. Much of the warmth and the feels-like-home ambiance of this place is thanks to Dungz (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) - the incredibly kind young receptionist, front desk manager, concierge, porter, kitchen assistant, and more! He was always eager to help in any way he could, making my stay seamless and truly enjoyable. I’m especially grateful for his spot-on restaurant recommendations and the thoughtful routes he suggested to help me make the most of my two-day stay in this blessed place. He is a true gem, though I do believe such a special accommodation would benefit from having an assistant to share the workload, as he tirelessly took care of every detail from morning until late at night. The free bikes added to my experience, making my explorations even more fun - though biking on the muddy road was sometimes a bit of a challenge! In brief, this is an accommodation I will always reminisce about and eagerly look forward to returning to. On top of that, I’ve already recommended it to friends visiting the Ninh Binh greater area and strongly suggest it to anyone living in a big, bustling city who craves a true retreat in nature!

The staff was very friendly and always helping us booking trips, private cars or taxis on a very reasonable price. The restaurant was a good option for dinner, with a lot of options and varieties and what we liked most it was that it was not overpriced in comparison with other restaurants. The location is perfect to visit every must see attraction in the area and the grounds were splendid. Even the massage options were at a really good price. I cannot find any faults for this cute boutique hotel.

One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in! I cannot recommend this place enough, beautiful accommodation, friendly (and English speaking) staff, scooter rental, everything was great. Would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here!! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. We could rent a scooter each day from the hotel and it made it very easy to get around and explore. It is also possible to rent bikes if you prefer. The pool was gorgeous and the hotel felt very modern. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We arrived early at 9:30am to check in after a night bus and we were able to relax by the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. They then had our room ready two hours earlier than the normal check in time to accommodate us. The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and lots of options on the menu. We originally had booked to stay here for two nights but we decided to stay an extra night because we were relaxed and wanted to stay longer. Also the restaurant across the road from the hotel called The Coop did delicious smash burgers. Overall the stay was great value for money!!!
