She took time to chat to me everyday, make suggestions and helped to organise things. She bagged me and my son access to their jacuzzi bar. Amazing views of the firework show from there. The staff were really attentive and helpful. The hotel is very well situated. Spacious and well appointed room. Thank you to the entire team for 4 wonderful night!
