The staff is the KINDEST people in the world. I got sick and they shared their medication and took care of me at their best. Their English was not the best but able to communicate. I got local restaurants and sightseeing from them too! The pool is clean and fresh/warm. The breakfast is also nice, pho and omelette is offered upon the request (free). It’s Vietnam, so the bugs and lizards are everywhere so don’t freak out when you find them. They keep the luggage and take shower even you check out. Two flip flops are prepared in your room and the AC, refrigerator, TV are all functioning.

Breakfast was good with lots of western and local options. Location was good. We had window facing the sea so we could watch fireworks and other shows from our windows. Hotel has free buggy services to town and other places. This can be arranged at the hotel reception. Special shoutout to all the staff who are extremely courteous and helpful. They will try and solve all your issues. And special mention for Mr. Lee who helped us a lot along the whole trip. Would like to stay here again upon next visit. Thank you.

Few tips how to enjoy your stay at Sunset town: Withdraw some cash as soon as you arrive (ATM is available in Hon Thom Departure Terminal), there is not much choice around where to eat for a reasonable price (it’s like 200-300 VND min for a meal for 1 person without drinks). So better have some cash and enjoy everyday food market in the north part of the town that starts at 18:00 (5 min by walk from the Mellon Oasis). Don’t go to Starbucks for coffee, go to Lotus Cafe & Home, try Sea salt cream latte! One of the best coffee I’ve ever had!
