My recent stay at Mount View Bungalow in Hatton was an absolutely delightful experience that truly exceeded expectations. Opting for the three-bedroom apartment proved to be an excellent choice, offering a haven of comfort, cleanliness, and breathtaking scenery. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer spaciousness of the apartment and the evident care taken in its maintenance. The living area was thoughtfully furnished, creating a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable sofas, a TV, and convenient WiFi access that made us feel right at home. Each of the three bedrooms was remarkably spacious, providing ample room to relax. The provision of fresh, clean towels, crisp bedsheets, and cozy blankets ensured a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were equally impressive, being immaculate and very well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of hygiene. For those who prefer to self-cater, the fully equipped kitchen was a fantastic amenity. It included a gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, heater jug, and a complete set of necessary utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. However, the true gems of Mount View Bungalow were the balconies attached to every room and the main hall. Stepping onto them revealed truly breathtaking panoramic views of the majestic mountains and lush tea plantations surrounding Hatton. These serene vistas provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and soaking in the natural beauty of Sri Lanka. Practicality was also well-considered, with ample and secure parking available within the gated premises, offering peace of mind for guests with vehicles. Furthermore, the location is incredibly convenient, with Hatton town just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, providing easy access to shops and local amenities. The hospitality we received from the host was exceptional.

This was an absolute oasis and one of the biggest highlights of our Sri Lanka trip. Flawless service throughout from Ragu, Pugal and the whole team. Unforgettable accommodation and experience. The tour of the surrounding tea fields was brilliant. Cannot recommend more highly.

We were simply amazed by our wonderful host and I don't think that someone could do even better than him. He took very good care of us, I felt like he was part of our family. 02 of us were not feeling well and the host went out of his way to help us, he even provided us a blanket and a pillow for us to take to the hospital with no hesitation. A Seven star 🌟 Service it was. The breakfast was amazing. He always comes with superb Sri Lankan Breakfast not only we being Sri Lankans but even the foreigners loved it. He always enjoying serving different kind of desserts end of the meal. If you are going to stay there please don't judge by the cover. Once you have checked in, then starts the secret surprises of the T Bungalow comes along. The owner is a very well disciplined person and a very loveable humble ❤️ 💙 ♥️ Gentleman. We will definitely come back.

Chambre dans belle villa dans un quartier calme très calme, surtout surtout endroit très propre, le propriétaire a le soucis de la propreté, ça se voit. La chambre avec un lit confortable, draps et coussins tops, salle de bains mega propre, on s’y sent en sécurité et à l’aise. Ils ont créé le Coffee bar Eatery 28 où ils servent de délicieux toasts garnis d’œufs, fromage, épinards, tomates, des cafés et limonades faites maison et frais, tartelettes exquises à la fraises. Ils agrandissent pour construire un restaurant et d’autres chambres. Ils vont mettre d’autres photos car beaucoup mieux en réalité. À recommander 100%! À pied de la ville charmante Nuwara Eliya qui est aussi une découverte car beaucoup intéressante que Ella!

Beautiful former plantation house, well kept.Quiet location. Best accommodation we had on the Pekoe Trail. Great location for stages 7 and 8. Our hosts, Ruban and Murali, were fantastic - attentive, and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the Pekoe Trail and gave us good advice for our walk.

The property was so special and luxurious, the staff were impeccable and the dinner was so delicious. The location is truly unique and I cannot imagine another place like this exists in Sri Lanka. It was the perfect place to just relax and enjoy some beautiful surroundings.
