Amazing location in the wilderness.
Quirky lodges , set in wildlife corridor , near walks ,away from city but within driving distance of both Banff and lake Louise , or public transport right on doorstep , lodges are basic but comfortable , and great where they are, there are no cooking facilities in lodge ,coffee machine which is used for tea as well , and if you looking to catch up on soaps ,tough no tv , the whole site closes at 8pm , restaurant limited choice and also closes 8pm ,if out of these times a call required so phone required , that said had a great time
The room is self sufficient with a fire for winter ( makes it a bit smelly of soot in summer as a warning, but still a great feature ) Lots of wildlife around, elk, squirrels, deer, birds. Right by bus stop into 5he centre to avoid taking the car in, though these got very busy
Location…saw some wildlife.
The location, room layout, bed comfort and hot tubs were all good. It's a short walk or free bus ride into Banff central. Lovely hikes and wildlife on the doorstep.
We had a wonderful mountain view and trees right outside so we could see the wildlife at play.. The room was a good size. Breakfast 🤤 good..We could just walk straight out the front door onto a hiking trail.
Basic but lovely hot shower and so quiet
Facilities, staff, reception, service, breakfast awesome, wildlife chipmunks, view
Comfortable, clean and large room. Outdoor spa was a bonus. Just a bit of a walk into town but we were given a free bus pass to go door to door. Staff were helpful and kitchen was good. L9ved seeing the wildlife wandering by..
The house is very nice and the pool is good and the wildlife is excellent. And the view, customers service is good.
