We loved this property, had the best Italian feel with a really cute pool and garden area (perfect for cooling off after visiting Lucca and Pisa) the breakfast was delicious and perfect sitting outside being waited on. Hot shower (the best of our holiday) and walking distance (15 minutes) to the city walls.

Nice, spacious room and bathroom, air conditiong in both rooms, mini bar upon arrival free of charge. Amazing breakfast, where we enjoyed scrambled eggs, croissants with jams, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. Also nice selection of dished for dinner, Prosciutto e Melone! and different sorts of pasta. Local wine list. Big enough pool with sun beds around. We would love to repeat the visit one day. Once again a big thank you for the hospitality and greetings to the cat and dog!

Beautiful property and very comfortable. The verandah was a treat and the pool was a great bonus as did not feel that the water had any chemicals. Wish we could have stayed a few more days.
