The view was incredible - hard to beat really! The glamping pod we stayed in exceeded our expectations as it was very spacious and the decking area had a lovely seated area with a fire for us to sit out when it was cold. The firewood available was the perfect amount for us to keep it going well into the evening. The sheltered area with the BBQ, kitchen area and heated blanket kotatsu was perfect. What we hadn't realised before arriving was that we could bring our own food to grill and wish we had have made use of that! The coffee and drinks available from the little café were great - we loved the festive mulled wine and tiramisu latte! Some nice craft beers to try. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. There's a nice little walk to a waterfall nearby. The shuttle service to and from Kawaguchi station was great for us too. Honestly highly recommend staying here, it's worth paying a bit extra for the gorgeous view and warm, spacious, comfortable glamping experience. One night was great but we wish we'd had more. Hopefully we'll be back one day! Thank you.

Shinji-san and his staff were magnificent, picking us up and dropping us off, carting our luggage in the rain, and attending to any of our needs. The facilities are clean, modern and comfortable, the view was amazing despite the bad weather and we had a great view of Fujisan while we sat on the deck and cooked our BBQ and drank cold beer. The food was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely come back again.

At the luxury tent, every unit has bed linen and towels. The property was very clean, cozy and comfortable. We stayed at Jupiter and the view was amazing. Mt. Fuji was really beautiful and you can see it from the room. The staff, Miyazaki-san was very friendly and very helpful. He’s always there to answer our questions and help us with our inquiries and requests. He made our stay even better! Even the other staffs were very kind to us and helpful but Miyazaki-san standout for us because his service was great! I will definitely will recommend this to all of my friends and family! Thank you so much! Especially to Miyazaki-san!
