At the luxury tent, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and specialises in African cuisine. We had a great stay, during the day we saw lots of birds and monkeys in the garden and at night we saw lots of waterbucks. If you are lucky you may see also the hippos. The food was buffet a with lots of varieties. The bed was very comfortable.

On the way to the lodge, we spotted plenty of wildlife—antelopes, warthogs, zebras, and giraffes. Thanks to the electric fence, no animals could enter the lodge grounds, though we could still hear their calls echoing through the night. It was by far the most luxurious lodge we stayed at during our time in Kenya—and the price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality and level of service we received.
