This one of the best places we have stayed in Serbia. The family is charming and friendly and welcoming. The apartment has literally everything you could need , even for a long stay. The level of cleanliness is very high, the whole place is spotless. Extremely well equipped kitchen and bathroom, great hot shower, separate bedroom, very comfortable bed, quiet and cool (in summer) even without AC. Niska Banya is tiny, and the apartment is central and easy to walk to everything. Thank you so much to the family here, we absolutely loved our stay!

We had a great stay with Dragan. He was very helpful, and called friends who spoke English to make sure there was nothing more we needed. We enjoyed having drinks and meat with him is the lovely back garden. The location in the market area of Pirot is perfect, and walkable to most things within the town. The apartment is huge, strong hot shower, good AC. WIFI was a bit patchy and it could have been a bit cleaner, but overall we loved the place.

Excellent hotel within walking distance of the old town. Top hotel with great staff! Restaurant food was amazing and also great value. Room super spacious and bed mega comfy! Highly recommended… Nice views across the river and super sunset from floor 3!!

Just amazing place to be. Beautiful and cozy floating house for real enjoy.. there is everything what you need, ultra clean and comfortable. Sunset is special experience and swans in the morning and late evening. Warmly recommended.

We stayed here a year ago, and it was almost flawless. Only small touches would make this accommodation even better (mosquito nets and a place in the shower to store the soap). This time, mosquito nets and a shelf in the shower were even installed. Amazing! It is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Communication with the owner was flawless and very clear.

The apartment is located in Belgrade waterfront, on the bank of the Sava River, we can enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. There is a washing machines and dryer in the apartment. Everything was perfect except that the air conditioner was not so awesome. The security is also very good. I like here.
