You can't fault this property. The room was wonderful, recently renovated in fresh cream and cool grey decor with pale timber trim, a large window overloooking the district with afternoon sun streaming in and a great view of the sunsets. The property is offset from the main road so is whisper quiet but everything is a few steps away. Breakfast was excellent, staff are helpful and very professional.

Great value for money. New and modern facilities. Washing machine and dryer free of charge. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around.. Hot shower with good water pressure.

The location is perfect. Walkable distance from the historical sights. There is also a train and tram station nearby. A few minutes walk and you can reach the waterfront and take a boat trip or watch the amazing sunset 🌅

During 6 weeks of travelling to three different countries, our room at Dekalb was one of the nicest rooms we stayed in. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for the Asian side of Istanbul. It was just across the street from the Metro and Ferry stations. Tons of eating places and shops were all around. It was the perfect location to take an evening walk along the Bosphorus and enjoy the sunset.

Good variety for breakfast (eggs, soup, vegan options, deserts, fruit, cereal + milk, meats). Very friendly reception staff and breakfast waiters. In-location Starbucks coffee. Good wifi in rooms. Walking distance, very close to Istanbul Fuar Merkezi for conferences!

The room was very small but very comfortable and clean. Good breakfast with a wonderful view from veranda. Organized transfer for me which was waiting for me due for about two hours because problems with my luggage. Very helpful and friendly staff.
