I was with my family - husband and two children. My room was on the top floor with veranda and great view. The location is excellent, in the very heart of Trabzon. Staff of the hotel is very kind and warm, hospitable and helpful. All of them are always ready to help you in each detail. Toilet papers, towels, shampoo and shower gel was too little for four person, but when I asked the staff they were ready immediately. The breakfast was delicious, especially cake. When I visit Trabzon next time, I book this hotel again.

Very kind host. Amazing views. Luxury five star property. Every thing works fine. Full equipped kitchen. Central heating with modern fireplace for the cold night. Windows equipped with mosquito nets which many properities doesn't have so well done.
