Clean, beds were very comfortable. Really close to shops, restaurants and petrol stations. You will need a car as universal and Disney is about 30/40mins away. The property was spacious, my favourite thing was the wildlife animals we saw which was alligators, raccoons and rabbits!

It's is a gorgeous location surrounded by stunning nature and wildlife! Room is spacious, pools heated and enough varety for every taste. In the hotel you have restaurants, market place, coffee shops. Staff professional and customer oriented.

The resort was beautiful and very clean. The townhouse itself was much bigger than I expected, and was incredibly comfortable and very lovely. The pool, slide and the private hot tub were all wonderful. The location was delightful--being a brief walk from Old Town was very fun, and I enjoyed the amount of wildlife I saw while staying there. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and I was very happy that there were laundry services as well as a kettle.

What a beautiful view of the lake (with the nice small pier and the hammocks), the location of the hotel is perfect: quiet but close to most things. The staff was really polite and welcoming. The room was spacious and the bathroom looked super nice and recently renovated.

Good sized room with comfy beds. Nice hot shower. Plenty of parking. Tea and coffee available. Breakfast was OK.

Very clean, modern hotel with large comfortable rooms and bathrooms, and hot showers! Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

The pools were nice with plenty of seating space for guests. I liked the array of sport activities they had at the resort, including outdoor grills and hammocks. In addition, I loved the scenery with beautiful floral decor and a well manicure outdoor appeal.
