It was a totally wonderful package of stay (comfortable warm beds, clean rooms), excellent food (we went as a family of 4 and 3 were vegetarians, all efforts were put in to providing them with specially curated vegetarian meals), game drives!! Amazing drive experience with very knowledgeable ranger!! He put in so much effort to show us maximum wild life. The morning coffee with giraffes is something we will remember for lifetime. The luxury tents have a deck with private plunge pool and views of the surrounding bush. They come with thatched roofs and wooden floors, as well as a fireplace and minibar. We had three fantastic days at Amakhala Game Reserve, Bush Lodge. The tents were very comfortable and the food very good. The game drives were amazing. Our game driver Jono did a super job. very enthusiastic, very knowledgeable information given during the drives and he was fantastic at spotting the animals and very dedicated to making sure we saw as much and varied as possible.

All meals and beverages are provided by Quatermain's Safari Camp in the communal boma bonfire area. Also available are Big 5 safaris, guided bush walks and bird watching. Everything was superb! Friendly staff, luxury accommodation and they made us feel extremely welcome. I would highly recommend Quartermains Safari camp. The animals seen, was an added bonus to the whole experience!
