Lovely place. Lovely caravan & tidy & clean. The shop onsite is a perfect little place, with friendly staff. Plenty of space for the kids & a good play park. Not sure if allowed to use the pool onsite? A popular site for campervans/tents/pods over the weekend, but not too busy. Weekdays looked to be quiet. Great place to relax. I will be back.

Stayed there just one night with my 13 year old step son. Walked through the local hills and visited a local pub. The hut is great, perfect for a night or two. We had a brilliant time.

We loved everything about our stay with Ian and Jan. The chalet was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The hosts even left us fresh eggs from the chickens, milk, juice, butter and bread. We cooked our own meals in the kitchen - which was fully equipped with everything you might need. The bed was also very comfortable and the view was breathtaking.

Quiet, tranquil, beautiful view out of the pod. Amanda was extremely friendly and helpful ( she even gave me an onion from her own kitchen when there wasn’t one for sale in the shop!) As a solo traveler I felt very safe. The showers were hot and the toilet area clean. I had an extremely enjoyable, relaxing stay , and will definitely be returning. Thank you

    Had the glamping pod, spent 2 days at Alton Towers arrived on site after 8pm. 3 kids (well 13, 16 and 18) and myself. Nice and clean, on suite big enough site nice and quiet which we wanted no club house. Excellent location and friendly staff. Would have liked the pool open a little later, but wasn’t an issue really. Pods are a good size nice and cosy. A good base. Definitely recommend. There is a burger van on-site and shop with essentials.
