The staff were excellent. All staff members were very accommodating with our limited Japanese and spoke good English! The view of Fuji was excellent from the entire campsite. The hot spring facilities were lovely, cleans and each had a great view! The domes were clean and well furnished.

Glamping with genuine Fuji views straight from the tent on a clear day! Our toddler loved all the lights at night time as well as the remote controlled ceiling curtain for star gazing. Minutes away from a really nice Onsen, kids play area, a 7/11 and some of the local caves.

Beautiful nature around, really clean, they have onsen, they give you BBQ(Carbon, and everything you need) you can buy meat there (Pork, Cow(2 people 2200 yen 3 people 3300 yen, chicken wings 600 yen). They don't have vegetables. They don't provide towels but they sell big disposable ones for 300 yen(ask the receptionist). The onsen opens from 9 am until 10 pm. You should take out your garbage and separate it according to each trash(thriw away) in addition you have to wash everything you used for the BBQ(they have sinks with dish soaps) then after you clean close to the reception there are baskets where you can return each Item to the place(matches, gloves if you use them theow away if not then return, carbon, cardboard,etc) We stayed in a cabin for 4 people, there AC, kettle. I strongly recommend the place. Inside the cabin there are blankets which looks as towels but they are blankets (don't be confused)

It was very simple and served its purpose. As it was difficult to get around in Kawaguchiko it was a blessing that Hirosan offered to drive us to our destinations each day. Great hospitality!

Loved the log cabin - was rather small and compact but worked out in the end for us. Location is fantastic right next to the main bus interchange/ stop that takes you straight to Tokyo. Near a small convenience store and a tourist souvenir shop as well. Short 5 mins walk to the lake but Mount Fuji is behind rather than in front. Option to barbecue was lovely - staff were very helpful providing us extra fire starters and offering to help us set up a bonfire. We had a lovely time. Beautiful surroundings and despite being close to amenities you do feel you are in the wilderness.

    Good place for camping and more suitable if you have a car. It is a very good camping site, with bbq equipment, therefore they don’t offer or sell cooking materials so you would need to prepare it before coming to the camp site. Convenient store is not close and it takes about 30 mins to walk there and another 30 minutes to walk back. So recommend to bring it before or come with a car.

    I came alone, this place would be perfect for friends. Amazing balcony views of fuji. Easy to use gas barbecues and fire-wood available, the fire-wood is a good price. Ideal glamping spot. The staff stood out for being so friendly. I needed to get my phone fixed and they personally drove me 20 minutes into town at no expense.
