My husband is a bird photographer and saw at least 15-20 different types of birds. Danielle and grant are a lovely couple, nothing was a problem. Danielle took us on a tour on the rest of the property, seeing deer and even more birds Highly recommend it. We will definitely be back 🥰

You can play table tennis at the campground, and the area is popular for hiking. K2 River Island Nature Retreat has a picnic area and a year-round outdoor pool. Staff was really friendly. I loved the pool and spa. I enjoyed exploring there property in my 4WD.

I stayed at Mountain View after a recommendation from a friend and it didn’t disappoint! The tent was amazing, the gardens gorgeous and the view unbeatable! The facilities were clean and central with everything we needed, and still had their historical charm. Kath was a wonderful host who is super friendly and accommodated all our needs. Our 2 doggos loved it there as well. I’ll definitely be back!
