Very nice accommodation in the middle of the desert (right next to the grey desert). We really enjoyed the spot, especially the silence. Everything was perfect, clean and the food (we even got vegan options) was really tasty and had a fair price. The owners were super nice and also had transportation service. It was really amazing staying there and I can highly recommend it.

Situé à La Victoria, l’établissement Campamento Estrella Casa del Ángel possède une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une piscine extérieure, un jardin et un salon commun. Nous avons tout aimé. L’emplacement, l’accueil, la beauté des lieux.. la décoration y est vraiment belle, avec un souci du détails. Très bon petit déjeuner également. La piscine était aussi hautement apprécié. Bref, allez-y les yeux fermés et profitez!

The family cooked us a great breakfast and dinner (I'm sure you could have lunch if you wanted it) everyday for a reasonable price. Beautiful hostel with lovely, clean facilities. Perfect for an escape to surreal surroundings, away from people. 1hr walk to the grey desert, would recommend. We walked to the grey desert (there's a little bar about half way) then spent the day there in the natural swimming pool. Our hostel organised horse riding from the hostel, a visit to the astronomy auditorium at night and a tuk-tuk to take us to the red desert and then back down to the village.

Situé à Villavieja, l’établissement Infinito Tatacoa possède une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une piscine extérieure ouverte en saison, un jardin et une terrasse. Peace and quiet. The hotel is out in the middle of nowhere, a long, nearly two hour, drive from the airport in Neiva. There is nothing else around it. It is as tranquil and peaceful and relaxing as it is possible to be. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and accomodating. The restaurant and public area are simple but comfortable, slightly higher than the rest of the grounds and open so as to catch good breezes all day and night. It is a very hot desert area, but thanks to the construction it is very comfortable even without air conditioning. The wifi works really well, but we mostly stayed off of it as the idea was rest and relaxation. The pool area is lovely, the water very refreshing. The hotel can arrange tours to other parts of the desert and everything is quite reasonably priced. In the room - which truly is "glamping" rather than a traditional hotel room - the bed was extremely comfortable. The outdoor shower worked well and the water was a temperature that was refreshing without being chilly. It was a perfect place to get away from the noise and chaos of Bogota.

Great camping 🏕 experience 👌 The toilets, showroom and breakfast were very good 👍 The tent ⛺️ is quite big and you could fit the badpacks no problem.
