The staff were great, very friendly, and are open to help you with your needs, especially Mina and Ibrahim. The location was great, very close to the Marina and other popular locations. The hotel facilities and services were very satisfying, everything you need is available in the hotel and even outside activities. Although the private beach is a little bit small but it’s very clean and well equiped. All in all the hotel is perfect for the value of money and we had a very pleasant time staying here.

I had the pleasure of staying at Jaz Resort, and I must say, everything was superb. The beach is sandy and simply amazing. The rooms are very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied and comfortable. The food in the buffet is delicious, with a great variety to choose from. Everything the food..the room...the staff..the pool..the beach..everything is perfect..very clean ..stunning..internet everywhere and fast connection...mr mazen in the information is very very nice..

the Pools is very clean and variant , the food was really great , i enjoyed it with my family , the sea beach was well organized , all the staff was polite and friendly , special Thanks for Chief Mohamed and Chief Sameh for their kind support and hospitality , one last thing they have cool animation team with day and night programs plus kids club classes.

The place is very cozy and the rooms are old but very clean! Beach is the best ever..we loved it! Best food i saw...never had such good taste in a resort! Good animation team (Mario) had a good humor.

It was a perfect stay. The resort is great, the staff are stunning!the best of the resort is the friendly helpful stuff, everyone is the corner stone of this place. Very clean room, perfect variable food choices, clean and nice pool, beach is amazing, perfect place for families, no discrimination between Egyptians and foreigners (which means alot to me) and inshallah i will come again.. The resort was extremely welcoming from the beginning to the end of our stay. The lobby was very clean and fancy, staff exceeded my expectations. The meals are outstanding with a variety of resturants to choose from. Our room had a amazing beach view and the private beach was amazing. The waterparks were also very amazing and the shows and entirtainment after dinner was great.

Excellent place… very clean… all facilities & amenities available… overlooking a very large swimming pool… the private beach is a few minutes walking … very nice experience and a very helpful host.

We definitely enjoyed our holiday, for many reasons: 1. Close to the airport ( only 10 minutes drive) 2. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a private beach, very clean and lots of activities. 3. The stuff is amazing, very hardworking and friendly. 4. Cleanliness is on top. They really care about our safety and do their best all the time. 5. Every time I asked for something, my needs were immediately considered.
