Our room offers a very nice view of the Matsushima bay area. We could see sunrise from our room. The entire place is very clean and the staff are very warm and friendly. We also like the outdoor foot bath as it allows one to relax and enjoy the view. Seat mat and towel are provided, making it very convenient for us to use.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Access to the lounge area with complimentary snacks was a nice touch. The breakfast was fantastic and I was very impressed with the presentation. We really appreciated the staff informing us ahead of which dishes had meat. The manager also checked while we were having breakfast that we were okay and spoke English fluently. Would recommend this hotel as the standard was pretty good.

I loved this guesthouse!! The location is closeby to Matsushimakaigan station, roughly 10 minute walk. I loved the house, inside you can see was new but it reminded me of beach houses in Australia. The facilities were very clean. The house is tucked away in a quiet street, but super close to the town's attraction. We really enjoyed talking to the host and guests there, the host speaks solid English and gives good recommendations!!
