I liked the location of the hotel, very convenient to find, the place was very clean, easily accessible. The owner also helped with carrying of luggage. They had a nice onsen with everything easily placed. The room's size was also big enough for my luggage, etc.

This is a great guesthouse and the owners are so nice. Even with our limited shared vocabulary, they tried making conversation, asking about my day and being very kind and helpful. The guesthouse is very clean and there is a cheap public bath right in front of it. The bed was very comfortable

Location is very conveniently located, right next to metro station. Hotel is very clean with small onsen provided. Wide variety of food choice for buffet breakfast. Also free facial cleansing and lotion etc. provided.

The breakfast seemed pretty authentic Japanese and was in a really nice restaurant area of the building. The staff in the restaurant and reception were very nice to us though we can only say simple Japanese words. The hotel has a handy convenience store downstairs and is pretty close to Oita main train station. There are also department stores very close by and many areas to shop.

Hotel was in a great location, and within short walking distance to a great japanese restaurant across the junction, near to convenience stores too. The breakfast was sumptuous with a great spread. Staffs were very friendly, polite and helpful. Room was simple setup, but very clean and comfortable. The onsen was an indoor one, and it was a great experience. As i was driving, and searching for the parking, the staff was helpful and guiding me to the correct parking spot in the hotel premise.
