It’s a new and a very clean house,the owner has provided small amenities like toothbrushes, hair brushes & combs,skin products and even umbrellas which became so handy on rainy days. couple of minutes to metro station, convenience stores, bakery and restaurants. Calm neighbourhood.The house gives you a sense of freedom rather than stuck in a hotel room .

The hotel is located near kuromo market but slightly further from train station. Hotel room is very clean and quiet. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning and change our towels daily while we are away. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and convenience stores near hotel so easy for us to get foods and try local japan snacks

The hotel is very conveniently located next to Namba station, the bus station, and the Airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel door. Therefore, this hotel was an excellent 'starting point' for us to do some day trips. Next to the hotel entrance there's a convenience store and from here it's easy to walk into any direction for Osaka's main areas. The staff spoke English and was very helpful during our stay. The rooms are small, but modern and very clean.

Very clean, cozy, near to namba station and convenience stores!

The staff were ok. The room was not that spacious but it was very clean. The location was very convenient. It was very near the convenience store and coffee shops so I thought that was very nice.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The room is spacious, has a kitchenette and a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom consists of two parts: “dry room” with a sink, mirror and a washer/dryer and a “wet room” with a shower and bath. It was great to experience such a bathroom for the first time. The room had everything we needed and more. It was very clean. There is a convenience store just around the corner.

The place was very clean, modern, spacious, good location (metro station close to the accommodation), convenience store 1min away. There was a slight smell in the bathroom but the staff supported us with extra cleaning the first day and we could not have better stay afterwards. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. The place exceeded our expectations and we would stay there again.

Huge hotel, with automated check in systems, maze-like elevator systems and friendly staff. They have an on-site convenience store, vending machine and public bath right inside the hotel. The rooms are very clean, and they provide yukata and slippers in the room. It's walking distance from Osaka station. I loved the stay!

Big comfortable room. very clean. great to have washer & drying room. close to local trains & convenience stores. Easy to access meals & snacks. A lovely staff nember helped us get a taxi to the airport at end of stay. She went out of her way.

- Hotel location is excellent. 5 mins from Namba Station, and basically right in the middle of all good restaurants. Lawson a convenience store which sells alcohol, snacks, food is opposite the hotel. - Rooms are very clean. Although its small but it is expected. Very comforable and clean. Good facilities. Check in was very fast. Took only 5 mins. They have an option of late checkout by paying 1000 yen for every hour you extend. Maximum you can extend is upto 2 pm i guess. - Staff are amazing as with all people we met in Japan.
