Luxurious hotel, very friendly staff and great breakfast. Also menu through out the day available from excellent kitchen. Very clean and nice atmosphere. So highly recommended.

This is a great hotel! The most kind ladies and convenient location! The rooms are very clean and smell delicious. Rooms are small but comfortable and have everything you need. Good breakfast: rice, vegetables, eggs and local dishes. Sometimes there are separate dishes for vegetarians, but I would add more fruit! I will stay here again when I return to Chiang Rai.

10 out 10. Everything in this place was perfect. Spotless, well-appointed room, updated bathroom. Quiet. Excellent hospitable staff. Excellent breakfast, the best we have had in Thailand with all our hotels. There are plenty of convenience stores and cafes around. We ate in the hotels small restaurant one evening and the food was great and an excellent price. I highly recommend this hotel

Staff were so friendly and helpful. They even brought a plate of fruit each afternoon when I went to the pool area. The gardens were lovely, and the room was beautifully decorated and very clean.

+Very clean, tidy and central hostel in the center of Chiang Rai +it’s only a 1 minute walk from the Bus terminal away and has a big and cheap food court just around the corner in the evening + also late check In at 9.00 PM was no problem, someone was still at the reception +washing machines are available in the hostel +good WiFi

I booked the hotel last minute and instantly received a message regarding letting myself in. The room was huge, and very clean. The breakfast was very nice, not your normal free breakfast. The staff were very friendly.

we picked this hotel because it's located very close to downtown, however during the day it was so hot (in June) that walking 5-6 blocks to a restaurant was not doable, so we had to take a taxi. room was very clean, and staff was always helpful, they allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out. you can also hire a tour here. we wanted to do one that goes to white and blue temples, tea plantation and golden triangle (triple border), but unfortunately it returned to the hotel at 7pm but we had to get a bus at 6pm.

The staff was very nice, the room had a lot of space and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't try the pool but it's a very nice addition. The location is perfect. It's very close to many restaurants, many bars where you can hang out at night, and close to the famous clock tower too. The rest is easily reachable with a grab (20min to the White Temple for example).

Great free breakfast and snacks (with options to pay for additional items if you want a larger meal), great location close to the night market and lots of bars and restaurants but still quiet, very clean rooms and shower facilities. I also enjoyed having USB charging points in addition to normal plugs in the room! Friendly staff who were able to advise on buses etc.
