The staff were fantastic, we travelled with our one year old and everyone was incredible with her. the property was very clean and spacious. The food was delicious and very well priced and there was direct access to the beach.

Really nice place, we stayed there twice on Koh Tao. We got once the room with no balcony and the second time the room had a balcony. Rooms are spacious with good lighting, place was very clean, you have free unlimited coffee or tea at anytime of the day. The people working there are really friendly. Close to Sairee beach, restaurants and shops

The property was very clean with helpful staff. The breakfast on the beach was lovely & we really benefitted from the free transfer to the pier. Location of the hotel was in walking distance to everything you need.

Nice hotel. Very clean room and ac worked well enough. Pool area was otherwise nice, but the filtering system seemed to not work so well. Pool water was quite green and warm. Breakfast had a lot of variety. The location was great. A very short walk to the walking street with restaurants and shops and the beach, but not too close so you couldn’t hear the music or people.

Amazing location right on the beach, but also fairly close to the party street. Still far enough away so it's not too loud, absolutely perfect location! Amazing comfy beds, with a great AC to keep you cool at night. Slept great every night, almost too good! Staff were also absolutely lovely, and helped with whatever you need. I stayed on the dorms for two weeks, and the staff regularly changed my sheets and towel, very clean and comfortable. Will be back!

Great location, 7 - eleven right outside and food stalls and a short walk to the beach and clubs. I had a private room with own bathroom and it was very clean and comfortable. Music was loud but it didn’t stay on till late so was perfect. Loads of seating aswell so when we checked out we could just relax there with our bags

All was almost perfect (the lack of kitchen was the only downside). Hot water, spacious room, very clean, good wifi, very nice stuff, towels and bed sheets are changed every 3 days. There s a restaurant at the entrance. Another one just next door. And walkable distance to many others, to shops etc. 20 min walk to shark bay, 20 min walk to another beach, 30 min walk to the pier. Scooters can be rented just next door or across the street.
